1. Acceptance of Terms
In order to use JewHack (the "Script") in its full capacity, including any script, key, or whitelist access, you must accept these Terms of Service. In the event that you do not agree to the terms, you may not use JewHack.
2. License
We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to utilize JewHack, contingent on having a valid key or whitelist access. This license does not convey any ownership of JewHack to you.
3. Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Alter the Script in any format.
- Work to circumvent, bypass, or interfere with the key/whitelist system.
- Give away, sell, sub-license, or re-distribute your key or the Script to any third party.
- Use the Script in any way that would constitute breaking any law or violating any other party's terms of service.
4. Termination
At any point in time, we reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate your key/whitelist access or use of the Script for any reason, without notice.
5. Third-Party Platforms
The Script is intended to work with various third-party platforms, including Roblox. Using the Script might violate the terms of service or community standards of those platforms and may lead to consequences such as account suspension or termination. By using the Script, you do so at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any action taken against you by any third-party platform.
6. No Warranty
The Script is provided "as is" and "as available" and does not come with any warranty in any form, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, in no way are we responsible for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from using the Script, including but not limited to loss of access, data loss, or account bans on third-party platforms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms of Service from time to time. By using JewHack after the change is posted, you automatically agree to the new terms.
